CCBFF Harlem Lights Honoree and Filmmaker Deborah Riley Draper showcases new short Illegal Rose. Draper will be joined by Royce Brooks Annie’s List, a statewide political organization that works to elect progressive women to office in Texas, to discuss the intersection of film and politics and the importance of using the art of film to influence change.
